It is good practice to log off the computer completely when leaving the PC for extended periods of time, or at the end of the day. This prevents you from losing unsaved work when an unexpected PC restart or shutdown happens, and prevents other potential issues with duplicate logins.
Always make sure your work is saved before logging off.
There are two ways you can log off your PC;
- You can right click on the Start Menu (The windows icon), hover over “Shut down or sign out” to open up more options, then click on “Sign out
2. You can click on the Start Menu, then click on the User Icon, then click on “Sign out”.
