Signatures on Outlook

Step 1

Find the signature template at the bottom of this guide and copy it.

Step 2

In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.

Step 3

Click New, and give your signature a name. I call mine “Main”.

Step 4

Paste the signature you copied earlier into the bottom box, and ensure it is correct.

Step 5

On the right-hand side, change the “New Messages” and “Replies/Forwards” dropdown lists to your newly created signature, in my instance called “Main”.

Step 6

Click OK, and OK again, and then your signature is set!
